Common questions

My purchase isn't showing up

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought Pro. Purchases cover both iPhone and Mac — restore on each device once.

How do refunds work?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling is instant in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and Pro stays active until the period ends.

My notebook isn't syncing between iPhone and Mac

Sync runs through your own iCloud. Check that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and that iCloud is enabled for Apex Lines in Settings. Sync happens in the background once you're online — give it a minute after a day at the track with no signal.

Can you add my home track?

Maybe! Email us the track name and configuration. Circuits are built from OpenStreetMap geometry, so tracks with good OSM coverage are the easiest to add.

Switching between mph and km/h

Units are app-wide: Settings → Units flips everything between imperial (mph·mi·psi·°F) and metric (km/h·km·bar·°C).
